Cancellation & Refund Policy

At sweetspotway, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services. However, we understand that there may be instances where a cancellation or refund is necessary. Please review our policy below:

Product Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel their order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, provided no work has been initiated.
  • If the project has already commenced, a partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work completed.

Refunds

  • Full refunds will be granted only if no substantial work has been delivered and the request is made within the initial 24-hour period.
  • Partial refunds are provided based on a review of the project progress and resources used.
  • No refunds will be issued once the final deliverables have been shared and approved by the client.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized work that has been completed and delivered.
  • Services involving third-party tools, plugins, or software purchased on the client’s behalf.

Process

  • To request a cancellation or refund, please email wecare@sweetspotway.com with your order details and reason for the request.
  • Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
